The schools have modern facilities with partly air-conditioned rooms, internet café, tour service, etc.
In addition to the actual language lessons, schools usually offer additional activities. You can also take part in dance and cooking courses, lectures, film nights, etc. at the schools free of charge!

You are free to choose the starting date of your language course in Costa Rica and you can also decide the duration yourself! (at least 1 weeks)
In Costa Rica, our english-speaking CAS team will pick you up at the airport and you will travel together to the CAS office or to the hostel, depending on the arrival time. In San Jose you will get a one-day introduction, take a city tour together and get SIM cards so that you are directly mobile. You will then sleep in San José for one or two nights before going to your language course.
From San José you can take the public bus. You will receive a detailed plan with the departure places and times.
In the Caribbean you will stay in small, well-kept hostels. There are dormitories for up to 10 people, but also single and double rooms. You’ll be able to cook with other volunteers in a communal kitchen!
In the so-called Valle Central, also called „Valley of Eternal Spring“ and on the Pacific Ocean, you will stay with a host family and get half board!
