• CAS was founded in 2005 by the German Anne Grubert and her Costa Rican husband Sergio Chavarría Rodríguez. The organisation has deliberately remained small, because for us the personal care of all participants is the top priority – according to the motto „small but nice“ and „class instead of mass“.
• We are very flexible and offer you individual programs coordinated with you.
• We know both cultures and have very good understanding and empathy for the small and big differences.
• The Costa Rican program manager Mariana Cascante and her Team give support to for volunteers, interns and language students in Costa Rica!
• The CAS Team has in Costa Rica for over 10 years of experience and has been advising young people and parents since 2005. We can draw on a wealth of experience and detailed knowledge of the Costa Rican school system, life in host families, leisure activities, volunteer projects, language school stays etc..
